("Moranda Metals" or "the Company") today announced its launch as a next-generation mining growth company focused on opportunities in base and precious metals in the Americas. The Company aims to leverage the next generation of leadership and technology to unlock significant, long-term value in a sector that is core to the sustainability of society and the world.

Co-Founder and CEO Christopher Kololian brings deep capital markets and C-suite corporate expertise with a track-record of significant shareholder value creation. As CFO of Lundin Gold, Christopher spearheaded transformative initiatives, including achieving a debt-free balance sheet leading to a doubling of dividends. Christopher was previously Managing Director and Co-Head of RBC’s Metals & Mining business for EMEA, delivering market-leading transactions and fostering trusted relationships with industry leaders and investors.
Co-Founder and Chair Matthew Rowlinson brings well-rounded leadership expertise across operations, M&A and portfolio management, with an in-depth knowledge of the global copper market. Matthew is CEO of TSX-listed Solaris Resources where he leads the development of a portfolio of world-class copper-gold assets including the Warinzta project in Ecuador. Matthew previously held senior executive roles with Glencore’s copper department, most recently serving as Head of Copper Business Development with joint responsibility for the strategic direction of one of the largest copper portfolios globally.
